Three shipping options are available to you, either standard delivery at $7.99 anywhere in Canada, local delivery within 10km (6.2 mi) of Créations à points' shop at a cost of $3.99 and pick-up at the CISSSAT of Rouyn-Noranda when you are a health care worker.
The time Point Creations takes to process an order varies. This may affect delivery time. Additionally, Creations à points is not responsible for shipping company delays or damages caused by said company.
Any customs and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Point Creations is in no way responsible for delays caused by customs.
